Kairos Consult Ltd was honored to serve as the official host of the Women on Boards Training held at Four Points by Sheraton from July 16th to 18th, 2025.
As a trusted partner in leadership development and corporate governance, our role was to ensure the training not only met its objectives but also created a transformative experience for all participants. We coordinated the program delivery, provided logistical support, and facilitated connections between participants, trainers, and industry leaders.

Women on Boards Training – Four Points by Sheraton, July 16th–18th
From July 16th to 18th, 2025, we successfully held the Women on Boards Training at Four Points by Sheraton, bringing together aspiring and established women leaders committed to shaping the future of corporate governance.
This intensive 3-day program was designed to empower women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to take up leadership positions on boards and influence decision-making at the highest levels. Through interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, and practical case studies, participants gained valuable insights into governance frameworks, strategic leadership, financial oversight, and the dynamics of effective boardroom participation.
