Women on Boards Training 2025
Following the success of our inaugural Women on Boards Training — Uganda’s first of its kind — built on that powerful foundation with even greater impact and participation. With the global statistics still revealing a significant leadership gap — only 23% of women serving on boards, 8.4% chairing them, and just 6% leading as CEOs — this cohort continued the mission to prepare and position women for boardroom excellence.
Bringing together trailblazing facilitators, seasoned governance experts, and aspiring women leaders, Cohort Two offered a transformative learning experience designed to equip participants with the practical tools, strategic insights, and confidence needed to navigate and lead effectively at the board level.
This cohort was not just about knowledge — it was about empowerment, connection, and breaking barriers. Together, we are shaping a future where women’s voices are not just heard, but valued and influential at every decision-making table.
