Kairos Consult Ltd was honored to serve as the official host of the Women on Boards Training held at Four Points by Sheraton from September 24th to 26th, 2025.
As a trusted partner in leadership development and corporate governance, our role was to ensure the training not only met its objectives but also created a transformative experience for all participants. We coordinated the program delivery, provided logistical support, and facilitated connections between participants, trainers, and industry leaders.
By hosting this impactful event, Kairos Consult Ltd reaffirmed its commitment to advancing women’s leadership, diversity, and inclusion in governance spaces. We believe that empowering women with the right tools, knowledge, and networks is key to building stronger institutions and driving sustainable growth across sectors.
Women on Boards Training
The training was not only a learning experience but also a platform for networking, mentorship, and creating lasting connections. It marked a significant step in advancing gender diversity and inclusion in board leadership, and we are proud of the incredible progress achieved during these three days.
Following the success of our inaugural Women on Boards Training — Uganda’s first of its kind — Cohort Two built on that powerful foundation with even greater impact and participation. With the global statistics still revealing a significant leadership gap — only 23% of women serving on boards, 8.4% chairing them, and just 6% leading as CEOs — this cohort continued the mission to prepare and position women for boardroom excellence.
Bringing together trailblazing facilitators, seasoned governance experts, and aspiring women leaders, Cohort Two offered a transformative learning experience designed to equip participants with the practical tools, strategic insights, and confidence needed to navigate and lead effectively at the board level.
This cohort was not just about knowledge — it was about empowerment, connection, and breaking barriers. Together, we are shaping a future where women’s voices are not just heard, but valued and influential at every decision-making table.
